capturing the tranquility and serenity of this shoreline retreat, as you sip a drink from the OUTSIDE DECK

and spy on passing boats.  Your gaze drifts to your boat sitting in its own PRIVATE SLIP with boat lift, 

just outside your door.  Also use of a paddle boat at no extra cost!
